4A Games has today revealed the FREE next-gen PS5 and Xbox Series X|S enhancements that will be coming to Metro Exodus plus DLC, later this year.
So what improvements can PS5 and Xbox Series X|S owners expect? Metro Exodus will play in native 4K/60FPS with full ray-traced lighting throughout the game as well as the two DLC expansions.
Loading times have been dramatically reduced thanks to the super-fast SSD’s inside the Xbox Series X|S and especially the PS5, 4K texture packs as well as haptic feedback support on the Dualsense. On Series S, the developers are targetting a 1080p resolution while 60fps is the target for frame rate. Impressively, all the ray-tracing and graphical enhancements will be included on Series S.
For the first time in the Metro series, you will have the chance to change the POV that you want to play Metro Exodus in along with other quality of life enhancements. Below, you’ll see all the improvements for both next-gen systems as well as the enhanced PC version.
