Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Galaxy Buds4, a new pair of premium earbuds designed to improve both sound quality and day‑to‑day comfort. The company says the range brings its most advanced audio hardware and wearability features together, with a stronger focus on stability, noise control and hands‑free use.
Annika Bizon, Vice President of Product and Marketing for Mobile Experience at Samsung UK and Ireland, said the aim was to create earbuds that suit every part of modern life. She noted that many people now rely on a single pair for commuting, exercise, work calls and downtime, so comfort and adaptability were key priorities.
Design based on large‑scale ear data
Samsung has based its Buds blade design on hundreds of millions of ear measurements and more than 10,000 simulations, which the company says helped it refine the shape for better stability and long‑term comfort. The earbuds have smaller heads than before and a sleeker profile, while the new blade section includes a metal finish and an engraved pinch control area for easier adjustments.

The charging case has also been redesigned. It now uses a transparent clamshell style that highlights the earbuds inside and aims to make storage and charging more intuitive.

The two models differ in how they fit. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro use a canal‑fit design for maximum isolation and audio performance. The standard Galaxy Buds4 use an open‑fit shape for a lighter, more relaxed feel. Both come in White or Black with a matte finish, while the Buds4 Pro also offer a Pink Gold option exclusively through Samsung’s website.
Hardware upgrades for clearer, richer sound
The Galaxy Buds4 Pro introduce a wider woofer that increases the effective speaker area by almost 20 per cent compared with the previous generation. Samsung says this allows for deeper bass and more accurate reproduction of high‑frequency detail when paired with the tweeter.

The earbuds support 24‑bit, 96 kHz audio and place the two‑way speaker on the upper side of the metal finish to improve noise cancellation and reduce wind interference.
Stronger ANC and adaptive sound features
Both models include upgraded Active Noise Cancellation that can reduce low‑frequency noise from transport and busy environments. Adaptive ANC and EQ analyse how the earbuds sit in each user’s ears and adjust frequencies and noise‑cancelling algorithms in real time.

Call quality has also been improved. Super Clear Call uses machine‑learning models and super wideband technology to enhance voices and reduce background noise, even in loud settings.
AI and ecosystem integration
Galaxy users can trigger AI agents such as Bixby, Google Gemini and Perplexity with voice commands. The Buds4 Pro also support head‑gesture controls for managing calls and interacting with Bixby.

Pairing is simpler for Samsung device owners, as opening the case is enough to begin setup without installing the Galaxy Wearable app.

The Galaxy Buds4 series is available to pre‑order from 25 February, with general sales beginning on 11 March. The Buds4 Pro are priced at €259, while the Buds4 cost €189. Customers who pre‑order a Galaxy S26 device through Samsung.com will receive 10 per cent off the new earbuds.
