Huawei Watch GT3 Pro was announced in a worldwide showcase of new products from the Chinese telecoms giant last week. And expectations for the ‘Pro’ model are high since its series siblings Watch 3, Watch GT 3 and Watch GT Runner all received positive reviews on their respective review runs.

To meet those stratospheric expectations, Huawei have added two premium materials to two styles of device. They’ve also added some extra health functionality over previous models in the series.

Watch GT 3 Pro comes in Titanium and Ceramic versions. The display uses the same AMOLED tech as its series mates – we’re expecting sharp, bright and vivid.

Health Professional

Huawei Watch GT Runner introduced the latest in the company’s TruSeen 5.0 tech and offering real-time heart-rate and continuous blood oxygen monitoring. We praised the watch for these advances and Huawei have built on this with arterial stiffness testing.

Another breakthrough is the ability to draw an electrocardiograph (ECG), offering more health monitoring possibilities than before.

Huawei have promised the most accurate standalone GPS reading from a Watch product. Huawei Watch GT 3 offered a fairly high level of accuracy but a little more accuracy nevers hurts.

To this end, Huawei Watch GT3 Pro uses a dual-band, five satellite system. The watch supports GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS.

One place you can take your Watch GT3 Pro is to 30 metres’ depth underwater. The watch even comes with a diving mode to monitor pressure and depth.
