Edinburgh will host the UK’s first live major Fortnite tournament, Red Bull Contested in June 2023. The event will see the world’s best Fortnite players converge on Scotland to compete in the unique battle royale tournament.

UK Fortnite prodigy and Red Bull Player Jaden “Wolfiez” Ashman, the youngest-ever esports player to reach $1m in earnings, Veno and MrSavage are amongst the top talent that will compete at the iconic McEwan Hall.
Red Bull Contested will play host to the 100-player solos LAN event in front of a live audience. The unique format will offer a twist on the points system, promising aggressive play. The final four rounds will see double points awarded for eliminations meaning we’ll see plenty of clutch play. Additionally, double points will give lower-ranked a chance to take spot right till the end.
Stars of the Show
The Fortnite build tournament will invite some of the competitive scene’s biggest global stars to Scotland.
The uber-skilled line-up includes Martin “MrSavage” Foss Andersen, Harry “Veno” Pearson, Thomas “Th0masHD” Høxbro Davidsen, Jaden “Wolfiez” Ashman and Zachariah “Pinq” Siddall to test their skills in a unique solos format that rewards aggressive play and a truly clutch mentality.

Open to All
Red Bull Contested is open to the public with wild card slots being filled via online qualifiers. UK and EU players are invited to the wild card qualifiers on 20th and 21st May 2023.
Tickets for Red Bull Contested will go on general sale from 10th April and can be ordered here. And Red Bull Contested will be broadcast live on Red Bull’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
