How To Start Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Epilogue (Moochi Mayhem)
Connect to the internet and open Poké Portal, then select Mystery Gift > Via Internet. The Mythical Pecha Berry will now be available for trainers to unlock. Next, head back to Mossui Town in Kitakami (where DLC 1 starts), and head for Peachy’s shop. This can be found to the right of the community center across the small road. It has a green canopy with a Kantonian Vulpix sleeping on it.
Rather than talking to the shop keeper, interact with the Pink and blue ball with feet on the left-hand side of the stall to kick off Moochi Mayhem!
Trainers will need to acquire a rare berry called the “Mythical Pecha Berry”. This will kick off the Moochi Mayhem quest line, which is the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Epilogue.
Moochi Mayhem Requirements
There’s a tall order to unlock the Moochi Mayhem quest, here’s what trainers need to do in the game beforehand:
- Complete Pokémon Scarlet or Violet main game story
- Complete Both DLC storylines (Catch Terapagos)
About Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have marked their territory with notable advancements and a few stumbling blocks. Developed for the Nintendo Switch, these games introduce the ninth generation of Pokémon, offering players an open-world experience, a notable departure from the series’ traditional, more linear approach. Set in the Paldea region, inspired by the Iberian Peninsula, the games allow players to explore a vast and diverse landscape.
Technically, the games boast improved graphics and gameplay mechanics, though not without some criticism for occasional performance issues. Unique selling points include the ‘Terastal’ phenomenon, allowing Pokémon to crystallize mid-battle, adding a strategic layer to combat. Despite some technical hiccups, “Pokémon Scarlet and Violet” represent a significant step in the evolution of the Pokémon franchise, blending nostalgia with innovation.
