Nokia Unveil X10 And X20 Devices Along With Fresh Budget Offering

It was a busy reveal day today for Nokia and HMD after revealing four phones including the X20 as well as a fresh budget offering. In total, Nokia revealed the C10, C20, G10, G20 and X10, and X20 series of phones along with a pair of Nokia Lite earbuds.

The G10,20 and X10 20will be coming to Ireland. Let’s start with the G series of devices. Nokia G10 is very much in the budget range of devices. It will cost €119 when it launches and has some decent specs for those that need that super-fast performance. G10 uses a Mediatek G25 processor and has 3/4GB of Ram, between 32 and 64GB of onboard storage that can be expanded by MicroSD card by up to 512 GB.

On the front, you have a 6.5-inch HD+ screen with a v notch for the 8MP selfie camera. The rear has a 13MP main, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor. Battery life should be no problem thanks to the hefty 5050mAh battery inside.

Nokia X20 C10

The G20 has a more powerful G35 processor with 4GB of RAM. You have a choice of 64GB/128GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 512GB. On the front, there’s a 6.5-inch HD+ screen with a v notch for the 8MP front camera.

The main camera is a 48MP sensor and that’s paired with a 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP Macro and 2MP depth sensor. It will retail for €149 and will be available in night and glacier colours.

X-Series

The X10 and X20 are the final two devices that are launching in the Irish market. The X10 has the 5G-capable Qualcomm SnapDragon 480 and a choice of 6/64GB, 6/128GB, 4/128GB  with MicroSD card support up to 512GB.

There’s a slightly larger 6.67-inch Full HD+ screen with a punch hole for the 8MP sensor. On the rear, Nokia has partnered with Zeiss optics to deliver a 48MP main sensor, 5MP Ultrawide, 2MP Macro, and 2MP depth sensor.

There’s a 4470mAh battery inside and it will cost €299.

Nokia X20 unveiled

The X20 uses the same 5G processor and screen as the X10 but has a better camera and different RAM options. You have a choice of 6/128GB, 8/128GB, and a MicroSD card slot that supports up to 512GB.

The main Camera sensor is 64MP and is developed by Zeiss Optics. You have a 32MP selfie camera on the front, while the other sensors are a 5MP Ultra-wide, 2MP Depth, and 2MP Macro. It also has the same 4470mAh battery but will cost €349, compared with the €299 for the X10.

All of these new devices come with Android 11 and between two and three years of security updates and upgrades.
